The idea of owning a Victorian home on the ocean was a dream of Jerry & Liz.
Jerry enjoyed challenges and different experiences (working in the corporate world and around the world for 30 years) and Liz enjoyed people and socializing (most likely related to her nursing career). After 2 ½ years of searching for the perfect location and another 4 years of renovations, they opened the doors to Baileys By the Sea. They have two daughters, one in Boulder, Colorado, the other in Omaha, Nebraska and three beautiful granddaughters!
